Refund Policy

Refund & Exchanges

We do not issue refunds for online orders; all sales are final. Due to our policy that all purchases are final, pre orders cannot be refunded. If you placed a pre order, you will receive your product regardless of what happens. Only items that are currently in stock can be exchanged.

When exchanging an item, it must not be worn, cleaned, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not return any product until you have received confirmation from us and the correct return address.

We can not reimburse shipping on Pre Order items because all pre orders are shipped at the same pace at which they were purchased.
